Education Solution for a North Primary School with 600 students
The Brief
This Primary School had an extremely high print volume, but only had two printers in the entire school of 600 pupils and 40 Staff. This clearly wasn’t fit for purpose and they were struggling to cope when one printer went down. Staff requested their own desktop printers and these are very expensive to run.
The Solution
We got rid of all their desktop printers and replaced them with 4 photocopiers in strategic locations. This way, the school had strong copiers to cope with the volume of printing whilst also reducing the amount they were spending on ink for their desktop printers, and also the lease cost from their previous supplier.
They were previously spending over £28,000 annually. We managed to reduce this spend to just £12,000. That’s a £16,000 a year saving and a 42% reduction from their previous supplier.
