Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of purchase or rental agreement confirmation.

For rental or service contracts, recurring payments will be taken as agreed in your contract (monthly or quarterly).

All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

Invoices

An invoice will be issued for every order, purchase, or rental agreement.

Invoices should be paid by the due date indicated. Late payments may be subject to additional charges or suspension of service.

Security

Topserve uses secure, encrypted payment gateways to protect your payment information.

We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

Refunds & Disputes

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
