Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (such as your credit or debit card) within a few working days.

Only full-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@sldevt.co.uk, and send the item to:

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the item delivered to themselves before giving it to you, we will issue the refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable postage service or purchasing postage insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
